Unfortunately, because we begin processing your order immediately once placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it in our system. However, you can return your purchase for up to 15 days after the ship date.

We offer FREE economy shipping on special events, excluding taxes and after coupons or promotions.
At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Note that orders generally process within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.

No, E-Gift cards are sent electronically. At this time, we do not sell or redeem regular gift cards.
